Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a multi-year leadership development strategy aligned with business goals
Design and implement differentiated leadership programs to enhance employee engagement and performance
Develop learning measurement strategies to assess the impact of leadership development on business outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a senior-level role
Proven track record in designing and executing leadership development strategies in complex organizations
Deep expertise in leadership development frameworks and adult learning principles
Experience managing external partners and enterprise learning platforms
