Holt Truck Centers in Pflugerville, Texas is looking for a motivated Parts Counter Sales Representative. The hours are Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM, and rotating on-call after service. This position is responsible for communicating with customers in a positive, caring, and timely manner so as to enhance customer relations while maintaining accurate and efficient processing of all parts transactions. Must demonstrate effective use of influencing and collaborative skills. On-highway truck industry knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications :

A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities :

• Requires attention to detail and a willingness to provide Legendary Customer Service to customers on a day-to-day basis.
• Requires good multi-tasking skills and interpersonal skills as this role does interact with other departments and vendors.
• Must have 5 years of customer service experience required. Parts store experience highly desired.
• Should have 3 years of computer experience with proficient use of Microsoft Office software. (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly desired.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
• Experience with a computerized parts management system is highly desired.
• Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. or more multiple times a day.
• Must have excellent attendance and work performance.
• Must be self-motivated with a high commitment to completing tasks promptly.
