Overview

Salary :

$70000 - $75000 a year - Provisional / Pre-licensure (LPCC MFTC LSW) (DOE)

$75000 - $85000 a year - Fully Licensed (LCSW LMFT LPC) (DOE)

Location : 5340 S. Quebec Street Suite 205 Greenwood Village CO 80111 (On-site.)

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm 10 : 30 am - 7 pm (2 nights per week) Flexible schedule

(40 hours a week)

We are looking for a skilled therapist ready to create joy and heal generations! Embark Behavioral Healths IOP / PHP program in Greenwood Village is expanding and we want you on our team to help in reducing adolescent mental health challenges!

Responsibilities

  • Lead collaborative team efforts through regular meetings maintaining open communication with families and providing comprehensive support throughout treatment.
  • Create and implement personalized evidence-based treatment plans across individual family and group therapy sessions dynamically adapting approaches to optimize client outcomes.
  • Ensure rigorous documentation compliance with state regulations maintaining confidentiality and managing interactions with relevant government agencies.
  • Manage program completion metrics and discharge planning conducting thorough reviews with clients and families while adhering to established treatment standards.
  • Drive program effectiveness through outcomes testing quality standards implementation and strategic integration of service project initiatives to enhance client engagement and growth.

Qualifications

  • Preferred :

    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Licensed Professional Counselor

  • Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate Licensed Social Worker Licensed Professional Counselor Candiate in the State of Colorado.
  • Candidates must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.
  • Masters degree in behavioral sciences (Social Work Clinical Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy or related field)
  • Preferred : High-acuity experience (IOP / PHP Residential Psychiatric Hospital Crisis Stabilization) with relational experiential and evidence based systemic techniques.
  • Preferred : 1 - 2 years of working experience as an adolescent therapist leading individual family and group therapy sessions.
  • Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
