Senior Water Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Data Center Water Engineer to support data center construction programs with water engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Review and assist in the technical development of due diligence and campus plan studies

Develop and optimize standard engineering programs and designs for site planning

Analyze utility usage data and present optimization recommendations to management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education

4 years of demonstrated experience in planning, design, and construction of utility projects

Practical knowledge of large scale data center infrastructure and utility systems

Understanding of the commercial real estate industry, including financial analysis and project management

Experience with cross-field teams in structural, civil, IT / Telecom, mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines
