A company is looking for a Head of GTM Finance to serve as a strategic partner to Go-To-Market executives and support Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide strategic financial advice to the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, collaborating on go-to-market strategies
Develop financial models to evaluate sales and marketing initiatives, including ROI and customer lifetime value
Deliver actionable financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive revenue growth
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
15+ years of experience in finance or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS company
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and financial planning
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
In-depth knowledge of Financial Planning Software, Salesforce, Xactly, and Clari
