No prior work experience required; new graduates encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of age-specific physiological and psychosocial needs of pediatric patients. Positive interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. Ability to communicate effectively through speech and hearing. Visual acuity sufficient for patient observation. Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Potential exposure to blood or other infectious materials.

Join a dedicated pediatric outpatient clinic serving the Southeastern United States region. This full-time day position involves providing compassionate nursing care under the supervision of a physician or office manager. You will assist clinic staff and patients with various clinical functions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in patient assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and follow individualized care plans.
- Deliver direct nursing care tailored to the age-specific physiological needs of pediatric patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to life-threatening situations.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives and monitor quality of care.
- Support patients' cultural and spiritual beliefs within the scope of medical care.
- Contribute to cost containment efforts and ensure accurate billing for services.
- Foster positive interpersonal relationships with healthcare team members and patients.
