Opening for Urgent Care Medical Director outside of BostonOpportunity in Lowell, MABoston 30mFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC / BE Urgent Care Medical Director to lead team in Lowell, MAOverview : - Manage day-to-day operations, clinical practice oversight, and staff engagement. - Drive quality-based goals for your team. - Provide service- and people-focused support to meet the needs of patients, providers, management, and staff. - Manage relationships with specialists and primary care physicians to keep care local and ensure that care referrals are high quality and effective. - Work cross-functionally with executive-level leadership to provide direction in the implementation of business and medical strategies, organizational initiatives, and priorities. - Effectively manage, facilitate, and communicate organizational change. - 5+ years of experience in urgent care preferred. - Occupational medicine experience, including DOT / 7D exams, HRD examinations, workers compensation, and work-related injury management preferred. - Leadership experience preferred. - Active Massachusetts medical license preferred. - Ability to work a flexible schedule and rotate between locations.
