As a Security Officer - Flex Patrol Driver in Moline, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Learn more : aus.com / earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Pay Rate : $19.25 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns in and around the premises.
  • Collaborate with site personnel to address security-related needs and concerns as they arise.
  • Assist with controlling access to restricted areas within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
