Providence Medical Group is seeking a full time Family Medicine physician to join the growing team of providers at the expanding West Olympia Family Medicine clinic. • Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4, 10-hour shifts; up to 1 day of Telehealth possible
• Outpatient care only
• DAX Copilot AI scribe documentation service available for all clinicians at no charge
• Centralized Triage and In-basket Support
• Team based care with RN co-visits and integrated clinical services (PharmD, BHI, RD)
• Patient-centered medical home
• Shared call 1 : 20 or better

• Compensation is between $239,937 and $334,397 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality / service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
