Job Description :

UF Information Technology (UFIT) is currently seeking a professional-level Site Reliability Engineer (Systems Admin / Programmer IV) to join ICT a unit within UFIT.

UF Information Technology (UFIT) enables teaching learning research and service on campus and across the region with state-of-the-art enterprise IT systems including SEC and SUS universities and the opportunity to teach using HiPerGator.

ICT provides shared IT Infrastructure to meet the needs of the University of Florida. It aims to consolidate and standardize IT Infrastructure. It replaces retires and keeps the campus IT infrastructure and communication services current in order to optimize and maximize all IT provided services.

Some key responsibilities and characteristics of this position are :

• Advanced IT systems administration
• Advanced IT programming
• Advanced IT architectural design and implementation
