Electrical Estimator :

An electrical estimator evaluates construction projects to assess the complexity of each project, determining the cost of labor and material. Electrical estimators compile data, such as labor rates, material prices, and overhead, to estimate the project cost.

Job Description :

• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare materials, and labor cost estimates.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and understand the complete scope of work required.
• Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.
• Maintain integrity and respect with our subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Perform bid takeoffs for projects.
• Review and understand all documents / components of each Electrical Project.
• Solicit and obtain bids from qualified subcontractors and vendors by specifying materials, scope of work, negotiating price, scheduling.
• Work on multiple bids simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and completeness.
