Lunch Front of House (Cashier / Drive Thru) Team Member

Chick-fil-A at Fox Chapel, Pittsburgh, PA

    • Pay Type : From $13.00 - $16.00 / hr

    Position Type :

  • Part-Time, 20-35 hours per week, availability 5 weekdays $14.00 - $15.00 / hr

    • Minimum : Lunch shifts (11 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM) Monday - Friday throughout the year

  • Full-Time, 40 hours per week - $16.00 / hr

    • Lunch shifts (11 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM) Monday - Friday throughout the year

    • Requirements :
  • Must be 16+
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
  • Must be comfortable using a cash register
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Customer Service-Oriented

    • Responsibilities :

  • Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
  • Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests : eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
  • Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
  • Operating the register and iPads at the drive thru
  • Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
  • Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru
  • Learn all positions, including headset and order taking, monitor or bagging, and window
  • Checking for product quality and consistency
  • Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
