Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensure resident / customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward residents / customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to resident / customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving resident / customer complaints.
• Keeping records of resident / customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
