Key Responsibilities
Create and deploy software packages for SCCM, focusing on Autodesk and Bentley products
Coordinate testing with technical leads and business users to enhance the end-user experience
Provide technical troubleshooting and end-user support for software installation issues
Required Qualifications
Degree in a relevant technical or IT discipline
10 years of experience with Windows Desktop OS and Windows Server
10 years of experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office
5 years of experience with PowerShell scripting, SCCM, Autodesk, and Bentley
5 years of experience in technical writing and editing
