IM Solutions is searching for an AV / IT Program Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the AV / IT Installation department (installatio, engineering and service / maintenance) with a focus on quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience.   Essential Duties You'll Need to Fulfill :

Lead and manage all Line of Business (LOB) projects and associated processes Lead weekly LOB meetings Lead weekly EOS L10 department meetings Work closely with Leadership team to set and / or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards, processes, and procedures Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints   Work collaboratively with all IM Solutions staff for the greater good of the company Required Qualifications :
