Facilities Engineer - Westford, MA

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Engineer for a 1st shift position from 7am-3 : 30pm. You will focus on preventative maintenance of RTUs and mechanical / HVAC systems to ensure optimal building operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair various building systems including alarms, filters, motors, and belts.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs across all trades with a focus on mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Utilize CMMS for managing work orders efficiently.
• Support with handling minor carpentry and drywall repairs.

Work Environment

The position is based in a quiet 300,000 square foot facility, which includes four labs and office space. With only 200 people on site daily, there is plenty of space and a peaceful atmosphere to work in.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.
