Job Description

The Assembler is responsible for assembling high-quality products in accordance with Engineering documents, company standards, and customer specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to production schedules, and the ability to contribute to a team-oriented manufacturing environment. The Assembler II will also support quality assurance efforts and assist in training other team members.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble products following detailed Engineering instructions and documentation.

Ensure all assembled products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.

Use a computer system to review production schedules and update job manufacturing statuses.

Perform Go / No-Go testing in accordance with established procedures.

Monitor the quality of all parts and materials used during the assembly process.

Assist in training new or less experienced team members; provide support in resolving operational questions or issues.

Perform material handling duties as needed to support production workflows.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Up to 2 years of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to read and interpret Engineering documents and work instructions.

Basic computer skills for updating job statuses and viewing schedules.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
