Position Summary

The Regional Fitness Director is responsible for leading and developing the Personal Training function across multiple clubs.
This role focuses on building strong teams, ensuring consistency and quality of training programs, driving revenue growth through performance leadership, and maintaining a high standard of member experience.

You will collaborate closely with Area Directors, Club Managers, and Coaches to align strategy, operational execution, and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Personal Training programs across multiple locations

• Build and develop a high-performing team of coaches through effective onboarding, training, and performance management

• Ensure consistency and quality in program delivery, including semi-private, team, recovery, and hybrid models

• Partner with club leadership to drive Personal Training sales and retention

• Oversee staffing plans, ensuring each club has the right team in place to deliver results

• Implement and monitor performance standards and KPIs to ensure program success

• Reinforce company processes and best practices to maintain a strong operational foundation
  
  

Compensation and Benefits

• 75,000-90,000 in earnings

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in fitness operations, personal training, or multi-unit management

• Multi unit management experience

• Strong understanding of Personal Training program delivery and team development

• Ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to set goals and hold teams accountable
