Day-To-Day Responsibilities :

• Own Partner Relationships : Act as the primary point of contact for assigned ISV partners fostering strong executive and operational alignment.
• Drive Governance & Planning : Develop and execute joint business plans manage QBRs / MBRs and track KPIs such as partner-influenced pipeline and ARR.
• Execute Go-to-Market Strategies : Coordinate joint GTM campaigns enable co-sell motions and ensure opportunity alignment across regions.
• Ensure Technical Alignment : Facilitate integration discussions and manage roadmap checkpoints with Product and Engineering teams.
• Enablement & Evangelization : Partner solutions with in PTC Field organization
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Product Customer) to resolve issues and support customer value.
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify risks early manage escalations and ensure timely resolution to protect customer success and revenue.
• Community Building : Promote partner participation in events advisory boards and technical bootcamps to strengthen ecosystem engagement.
• Innovation & Co-Creation : Identify opportunities for joint IP development solution accelerators and reference architectures to drive differentiation.
