You can start your driving career with a trusted carrier that puts new drivers first. We're hiring CDL-A trainees near Arlington Texas for dry van routes running regionally and the U.S. If you're reliable and ready to roll, we'll get you the miles, support, and path to long-term success.

In order to qualify you must have graduated from an accredited Academy with at least 120 hours of course study within the last 2 years.

Training pay is $650 per week, just for your first 30 days. In training you must be able to stay OTR with your trainer for the first 30 days. Like basic training in the military you'll have no home time during training.

After training you'll take 2-5 days off to unwind. Then you will sit down with your terminal manager. You'll then select a run that suits you and your family with different home times, depending on the run you choose.

We offer runs that get you home every 10-14 days. Many regional runs that get you home weekly for your days off. A few local runs that get you home daily. Don't plan on working locally when you first start. Those runs normally go to experienced drivers first.
