Qualifications (REQUIRED):
NY State Registered Professional Nurse (RN)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing health care to students throughout the school day.

Responsibilities include:

• medication administration per doctor's orders
• completing medical procedures related to diagnosis following doctor's orders
• assessing illness and injuries and providing care accordingly
• developing health care plans
• responding to medical emergencies that occur within the building for students, staff and visitors.

Applicants require strong knowledge of nursing principles, skills and techniques.
