WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

As our Construction Permit Coordinator, you're the behind-the-scenes expert who keeps the wheels turning smoothly. Here's a peek into your day :

  • Review newly approved jobs to determine permit needs
  • Gather and organize all required info-customer details, job scopes, fixture breakdowns, and more
  • Prepare and submit permit applications through town-specific portals
  • Track application statuses, follow up with municipalities, and troubleshoot any issues
  • Coordinate inspection schedules and ensure licensed plumbers are present
  • Confirm inspection outcomes and update internal workflows
  • Keep the entire team informed and on track

    • You're the go-to person making sure nothing slips through the cracks-and your work helps keep our projects moving forward on time and on point.

    WHAT'S NEEDED FROM OUR CONSTRUCTION PERMIT COORDINATOR?

    We're looking for someone who can work Monday through Friday while meeting the following qualifications :

  • Strong organizational skills that enable effective multitasking and management of competing priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities that allow for independent action when needed
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with online portals, forms, and document-sharing tools
  • Familiarity with plumbing and gas permitting processes (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or municipal permitting
  • Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with accuracy under pressure
