• We are hiring immediately for full time COOK positions.
• Location : UVA Health System - 1215 Lee Street, Charlottesville, VA 22908. Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule; days and hours may vary. Rotating weekends included. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Prior knowledge and experience in cooking and food safety are required.

• Pay Range : $16.50 per hour to $17.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary : Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
