Key Position Details :

• Tuesday : 9 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (7 hrs)
• Thursday : 8 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (7 hrs)
• Friday : 6 : 45 AM - 5 : 15 PM (10 hrs)
• Hours / FTE will gradually increase based on business needs.
• No weekends
• No travel required

Job Description :

The Rehabilitation Services Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients or clients receiving services in the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute. Ensuring the check-in process, department records and demographic information is complete and accurate. Schedules appointments for future visits.

Principle Responsibilities

Schedules and / or reschedules patient appointments, procedures, diagnostic tests and other related appointments.

Provides department reception, patient check-in and telephone coverage, routing messages accordingly.

Maintains governmental payor logs, including faxing.

Analyzes patient records to determine if outside documents are needed.

Pay Range

Pay Range : $21.55 to $29.35 per hour

The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and / or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
