Position: Evening Bartender
Compensation: ~$36-40/hour/ per hour, including tips (tip pool environment)

Craft and Serve Exceptional Drinks:

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
  
  
• Follow recipes and techniques that reflect consistency and craftsmanship.
  
  
• Stay informed about our seasonal cocktail offerings and unique ingredients.
  
  

Deliver Warm, Attentive Guest Service:

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
  
  
• Engage in friendly conversation to understand guest preferences and make personalized recommendations.
  
  
• Build rapport with our regularsknowing their favorite cocktails and anticipating their needs helps make Sunrose feel like home.
  
  

Maintain an Organized and Professional Bar Environment:

• Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and well-organized at all times.
  
  
• Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures.
  
  
• Ensure all tools, garnishes, and ingredients are prepared for seamless service.
  
  

Collaborate with the Team:

• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination of orders.
• Support fellow bartenders and floor staff during busy periods.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and mutual support.
• Additionally, work as Server on the floor to support dining room.
  
  

Showcase Knowledge and Enthusiasm:

• Share your passion for mixology and stay up to date on industry trends.
  
  
• Be eager to contribute creative ideas and help evolve our growing cocktail program.
  
  
• Offer guidance to guests on wine selections and food pairings.

Qualifications:

• Availability to work five nights a week, including weekends
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
• At least 1 year of craft cocktail experience
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and build techniques
• Basic knowledge of wine and wine service
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate
• Excellent communication skills, friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service
