Physical Therapist (PT)

Location : Hemet, CA

Schedule : Day Shift – Full Time

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team in Hemet, California . In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through individualized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans

Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes

Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in accordance with state and federal guidelines

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Requirements :

Active California PT license

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program

BLS certification

Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is a plus

Strong communication and patient engagement skills
