Proactively seek opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall production processes. Effectively manage and control inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing waste.

The Baker will be responsible for following recipes provided. Showing up to work in a timely manner, maintaining a clean work environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Arrive to work in a timely manner and be ready for the shift on time
- Responsible for preparing the Donuts for serves.
- Proficiently operate kitchen machinery.
- Efficiently follow provided recipes to the specifications of the manager
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with the Manager to ensure timely restocking.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Uphold quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
