Position : IT Field Technician

Schedule : Monday through Friday with availability for emergencies outside normal working hours

Compensation : $70,000-$80,000

Bonus : 10% Cash and 10% Equity

Location : Anchorage, AK (supporting multiple Alaska locations)

We're looking for an IT Field Technician to provide hands-on technical support across multiple sites. You'll be the face of IT-installing, configuring, and maintaining core Waste Connections systems and applications. This role includes deploying software updates, setting up PCs, and assisting with telecom projects to keep our teams productive and connected.

What You'll Do

• Provide first-level support for workstations and handle after-hours calls as assigned.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot TCP / IP networking and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Configure and maintain PC and laptop hardware, phone systems, and Cisco routers.
• Manage Microsoft Windows end-user settings (profiles, printers, applications).
• Support mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, cell phones).
