  • Clinic Schedule : Standard outpatient schedule
  • Call : Shared with other physicians

    • Licensure & Certifications

  • Medical Degree : U.S. MD / DO or foreign equivalent
  • Residency : ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency (required)
  • Board Status :

    • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine

  • Licensure :

    • Unrestricted Michigan medical license (or eligibility)

  • Controlled Substance License (required)
