Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Auvik, Wireshark, SolarWinds). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Gain hands-on experience across a variety of client environments and technologies. Were looking for a Network Engineer whos eager to learn, collaborate with senior engineers, and grow into a key contributor supporting client network environments.
What Youll Do
As a Network Engineer, youll help monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure across multiple client environments. Youll gain hands-on experience working with firewalls, switches, wireless systems, and security technologies while learning from experienced engineers in a dynamic healthcare IT setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor network performance and availability; identify and resolve connectivity or latency issues.
- Support and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining network security measures to protect client environments.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to document network configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide Tier 12 technical support and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Participate in troubleshooting network events using best practices and tools such as Auvik, Wireshark, and SolarWinds.
- Help implement network segmentation (VLANs, DHCP, DNS) and ensure stability through proactive maintenance.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives..
