We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $20 / hr with substantial growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe :

• Starting Pay : $20 / hr
• At 6-Months : $20.50 / hr
• At 12-Months : $21.50 / hr

After 6 months you unlock our performance-based, Careers Not Jobs program which allows eligible team members a compensation increase ($0.50) every 90 days

About the team and position

We're looking for a Payment Resolution Specialist to join our Treasury Operations team. This is a high-volume, phone-based, customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

In this role, you will work directly with customers over the phone to resolve outstanding payments while collaborating closely with internal partners. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, professionally collect payments according to established schedules, identify reasons for account delinquency, and escalate issues as needed. You will become a go-to resource for payment resolutions within the department.
