A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customers' IT service requests and provide assistance in a call center environment
Screen and handle calls, entering information into a database while assisting customers
Recognize, research, isolate, and resolve information system problems, escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in technical support or education in IT
Familiarity with iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows (7 and 10), Microsoft Office (2010-2013), and networking
Experience troubleshooting wireless connections
A+, Net+, or Help Desk Tech Certification is a plus
