We have zero cash compensation right now. We're a bootstrapped startup with two live products, early traction, and a massive market opportunity. We're not looking for employees. We're looking for two founding engineers who want to build, own, and ship.

If you're looking for a safe, 9-to-5 desk job to pad your resume, this is NOT that.

We're building AI-driven tools that simplify the single largest, most complex purchase in a person's life : their home. Think of it as CARFAX meets AI for homebuyers and agents.

We cut through the hundreds (even thousands) of digital pages transferred during EACH real estate transactions - to highlight risks, opportunities, and key insights. Our tools help agents and buyers close deals faster and smarter.

The Situation

Our products are live and in the market, but they need polishing to scale. You are joining at the inflection point.

This is not a resume-padding internship. It's a high-stakes, high-impact role where you'll shape our tech from day one. You'll collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO to update core architecture, own new features, and drive real user value in a lean, fast-moving team.

You'll be deep in document processing, AI-prompt & context engineering, and shipping code that has real users and provides real value.
