WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :
Support Project Management
Assist project managers with administrative tasks such as preparing project status reports, tracking product shipments, preparing work orders for scheduling, logging change orders and punch list documentationOrganize and maintain project files and recordsAssist in developing project schedules and timelinesCommunicate proactively with project managers regarding project status, changes, and project risksAddress and resolve project-related issues promptly and professionally, as directed by the project managerAssist in resource allocation and scheduling based on project needsDrop Shipments
Distribute shipment notifications to stakeholders for product delivering direct from vendor partners to client locationsPunch List Resolution
Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring project deliverables meet quality standardsDocument outstanding issues, submit claims to vendor partners and direct ordering for replacement productsImplement best practices and lessons learned from previous projectsSetup work orders for return trips to rectify punch listPrepare final punch list documentation verifying resolution of all outstanding itemsDrive timely invoicing to meet forecast projectionsService and Warranty
Communicate with customers and manufacturers to find repair solutionsCollaborate with Service Technicians to diagnose issues and identify needed partsOrder parts and labor from vendors for warranty workKeep customers informed about repair status and timelinesSchedule repair appointments once parts are confirmedSend reminder communication to customers one day before scheduled serviceReview and close out completed work orders, ensuring all details are accurate and all repair work is completeGenerate and submit daily invoices for vendor reimbursementsWHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE :
Prior experience in project coordination or a related role is beneficialBachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications, or an industry related fieldKnowledge of commercial furniture solutions would be an assetExperience with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Enterprise resource planning (ERP), and an enthusiasm for learning new software programsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlinesAbility to pay close attention to details and ensure accuracy in project documentation and reportingTaking initiative to anticipate project needs and address issues before they become criticalCritical thinking and problem solvingExcellent communication skills : Listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions, writes clearly and informativelyWHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE :

The hiring compensation range for this position is an hourly rate of $22.60-$30.05 / hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
