Unit Name : Operating Room. Brief Unit Description : Level III Trauma OR; complex community setting. Years of Experience Required : 1-2 years. Skill Sets Required : Basic aseptic technique, circulating independently, multispecialty competence. Clinician to Patient Ratio : 1 : 1. Patient Population : Pediatric, Adult & Geriatric. Bed Count : 15. Census : approximately 30 - 40 patients per day. EMR (Charting System) : EPIC. Floating Required : No. Rotating Shifts Required : Yes. Day Rotate requires rotation to 2-3 Eves per 4-week schedule. Weekend Rotation requires 1-2 shifts per 4-week schedule. Rotation is not required for Night shift. Call Requirement : 1 Holiday Call. 2-3 Weekday calls per 4-week schedule. 1-2 Weekends per 4-week schedule. Weekend shift will include Call. Massachusetts RN License BLS BSN & CNOR preferred, scrub experience preferred. 1-2 rotations to weekend per 4-week schedule 1-2 rotations to Eves (1p-11 : 30pm) per 4-week schedule Rotating Shifts Required : Yes Weekend Rotation requires 1-2 shifts per 4-week schedule Call Requirement : 1 Holiday Call, 2-3 Weekday calls per 4-week schedule, 1-2 Weekends per 4-week schedule. Unit Name : Operating Room Patient Population : Pediatric, Adult & Geriatric Bed Count : 15 Census : approximately 30 - 40 patients per day A completed primary COVID-19 vaccination series that is approved by the FDA or the World Health Organization (WHO) OR an up-to-date COVID vaccine if a primary series was never received or completed is required. No exemptions or waivers (religious / medical) will be considered. Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccine, and one rubella (German measles) vaccines or two MMR vaccines. OR Proof of immunity via blood test (will show antibodies if immune to measles, mumps, and rubella) Vaccine requirement if titer result is not immune or low immunity. Strongly Preferred. Record of 3 Hep B vaccines OR Proof of immunity via blood test (will show antibodies if immune for Hepatitis B OR Declination. Vaccine required during flu season Sept 15th - April 30th. Document must be uploaded as PDF. No exemptions or waivers (religious / medical) will be considered. Must have documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date and updated if >
