Compensation : $140K-$220K salary + discretionary bonus

Gpac is working with a well-established civil litigation firm that is seeking a Litigation Attorney – Commercial & Insurance with at least five years of experience to join its Houston office. The firm represents a wide range of clients in complex commercial disputes, insurance coverage matters, and general civil litigation.

As a Litigation Attorney – Commercial & Insurance, you will play a key role in managing sophisticated cases from inception through trial, while working closely with clients and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities :

• Handle all phases of litigation, from case assessment through trial and appeal
• Manage client communications, strategy development, and case progress
• Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Provide counsel on insurance coverage, defense, and risk management issues
• Collaborate with experienced partners and associates in a team-oriented environment
