Salary :

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and grow our federal cybersecurity practice.This strategic role blends program management, business development, and product oversightincluding guiding next-generation ML / AI-driven cybersecurity software.

This position will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our cybersecurity practice, as well as managing the delivery of cybersecurity projects and solutions. You will also build and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards. Responsibilities

Project & Program Leadership (35%)

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects for federal agencies.
• Manage scope, resources, schedules, and risk for projects.
• Ensure projects meet NIST / FISMA / FedRAMP / CMMC compliance and quality standards

Practice & Business Development (35%)

Product & Technical Oversight (30%)

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity; (Masters preferred)

CISM required; CISSP preferred

Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance strongly preferred

10+ years in cybersecurity, including 5+ years leading complex federal programs or teams

Expertise in federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC)

Experience managing or delivering solutions across risk management, incident response, IAM, cloud security, or data protection

Demonstrated success in business development or capture management

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
