[job_card.job_description]One-year telecommunications quality control experience One-year underground construction, aerial construction, and / or multi dwelling unit (MDU) experience Knowledge of highway traffic control standards Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to use a wireless tablet Proven knowledge of utility depths and placement Proven ability to read and interpret design prints Highly organized and detail orientated Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines Ability to lead, teach, and train other employees Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather May be required to work long and unpredictable hours Ability to travel up to 100% of the time, including short notice travel. Travel includes local site travel or national travel depending on business needs.

Job Title : Quality Control Inspector

FSLA Status : Non-Exempt
Reports To : Project Manager
Job Summary : This position is responsible for identifying and escalating quality deficiencies to support the completion of assigned work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform real time inspections evaluating safety, compliance standards, appearance, and customer experience
- Schedule and complete a final inspection of work prior to customer walkthrough
- Complete and submit timely and accurate quality control reports into the appropriate database
- Develop and maintain relationships with the quality control counterparts of our customers
- Respond appropriately to customer complaints and inquiries and escalate matters as required
- Execute target amount of job safety observations
- Identify areas of improvement to enhance quality and escalate recommendations to management
- Complete all required Company documentation
- Other duties as assigned
