Your Mission :

• Exceptional Customer Service : Greet visitors with a smile, offer refreshments, engage in friendly conversations, and fulfill their requests.
• Effective Communication : Answer multiple line telephone, direct callers to the appropriate person or department, and take accurate messages.
• Guiding Guests : Escort visitors, when necessary, provide information about our facility and services, and ensure compliance with rules.
• Administrative Excellence : Assist in administrative tasks, maintain files, operate office machines, and order supplies as needed.
