CACIB- PL / SQL Developer - NYC - Contractor

looking for a Technical / Functional expert to join our Regulatory Reporting IT Team. The ideal candidate for this role has the skills to do development, solution design, deep data analysis and possesses a strong functional knowledge of regulatory reporting topics. Technically the candidate should be able to develop on PL / SQL. Functionally the candidate should be able to synthesize user requirements, perform solution design, development and data validation for regulatory reporting topics (e.g. FR 2052A, FRY-15, etc).

Role requirement : Technical :

Strong knowledge of Oracle PL / SQL

Oracle Data warehouse and DataMart development using Oracle PL / SQL and Unix

Developing PL / SQL packages, procedures, Functions, Cursors

Releasing / packaging code into production.

Functional :

Expert knowledge developing and implementing technology solutions for regulatory reporting

Must have experience implementing the FR 2052a report (liquidity risk).

Ability to create and implement solution designs to achieve business requirements

Ability to analyze, problem solve and summarize functional subjects

Ability to perform data validation of regulatory reports

Experience :

10+ years' experience as a Developer / Analyst in a Financial Institution working on regulatory reporting topics

Must have experience working within the regulatory reporting domain

Must have experience liaising with end-users and technical teams

Experience working with Axiom software is highly preferred
