Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Administrative - Assistant Manager to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
This position will assist the Legal Administration Manager in supervising staff and performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to :
- Day-to-day operations of the Administrative Department.
- Involvement in staffing decision
- Interact frequently with attorneys.
- Interacts regularly and comprehensively with other departments.
- Time and attendance tracking.
- Troubleshooting of problem files.
- Create, maintain, and review SOPs to comply with internal and external standards
- Training new and existing staff.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Responsibilities :
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record and store client information
- Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
