Job Requirements:
- Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
Compensation:
- Annual salary between $300,000 and $325,000
- Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $20,000 relocation assistance

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team in Stockton, CA. This permanent outpatient position offers a predictable schedule with no weekend work, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. You will initially handle a patient load of 10-12 per day, increasing to an average of 18-24 as you become established.
The compensation package includes a generous salary guaranteed for two years, with most physicians earning more afterward through an RVU model. Additionally, we offer up to $100,000 as a sign-on bonus and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance.
