As a Maintenance Fitter at Visy youll be responsible for ensuring safe efficient and cost-effective operations by maintaining equipment supporting your team and driving continuous improvement. Youll also play a key role in upholding product quality and collaborating across departments to deliver operational targets.

• Assisting to formulate action plans and driving continuous improvement with systems to ensure they are efficient transparent and deliver required results.
• Plant to compliant relevant OHS&E legislation.
• Maintain processes that ensure product quality meets customer expectations.
• Develop or improve systems / Audits to ensure the highest standard of Housekeeping and Safety is maintained.
• Ensure appropriate compliance audits are conducted and issues arising from these audits to be rectified in a timely manner and documented to ensure zero non-conformance.
• Monitoring all outgoing material to ensure quality compliance.
