Stovall House Programming Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Assist the Programming Manager with planning and executing all programming events.
- Coordinate event logistics and communication to ensure smooth, on-site execution.
- Create and update event content and materials with Piper & Co. Creative Studio.
- Oversee weekly email to all members promoting upcoming programming events.
- Write and maintain BEOs in TripleSeat.
- Build event layouts in Social Tables and update details in TripleSeat.
- Support event set-ups and breakdowns with the event staff team.
- Ensure all member interactions are professional, personal, and seamless.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience in hospitality or events preferred.Familiarity with NorthStar, TripleSeat and Social Tables a plus (training provided).Requirements
