The Role :

• Hands-on process engineering support in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Work directly with operators and technicians to improve output, quality, and efficiency
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and root cause problems
• Drive continuous improvement projects across polymer / plastics production processes
