Dermatology Opportunity in Gulf Breeze, Florida

Join a physician-led private dermatology practice with a strong reputation and a patient-first focus on Florida's scenic Gulf Coast. This is a growth-driven position with immediate demand, allowing you to step into a full schedule and tailor your scope of practice between medical and cosmetic dermatology. With a new, modern facility and long-standing community relationships, this is an opportunity to grow with a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Practice Overview

  • You'll join two board-certified dermatologists, including a Mohs surgeon, in a high-volume private practice
  • New clinic with 16 exam rooms, opened in 2025 to support expansion
  • Flexible mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology based on your interest
  • On-site lasers and energy devices include IPL, CO2, Pico, YAG, MNRF, HIFU, and more

Schedule

  • Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m., and Friday until 12 : 30 p.m.
  • No nights, weekends, or call requirements
  • Each physician currently sees 35 to 40 patients daily with robust APP support
  • Incoming physician will step into a full patient panel with high referral and self-referral volume

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary with 40% collections incentive; long-term earning potential exceeds $800,000
  • Generous sign-on bonus, with relocation assistance available
  • Full benefits : health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, profit sharing, malpractice with potential tail
  • Four weeks of vacation, six paid holidays, three CME days, and $3,500 CME stipend

    • Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist
  • Comfortable managing a broad range of general dermatology conditions
  • Experience or interest in cosmetic procedures welcomed but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow in a private practice setting
