We are a fast-growing automotive group operating multiple used-car dealerships. Our service department is the engine that powers our front-line inventory and our profitability. We’re looking for a driven, accountable, and growth-minded Service Director who isn’t afraid to take ownership, solve problems fast, and push the team to the next level.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Daily Operations & Leadership
- Oversee all service department operations across locations.
- Manage technicians, service advisors, parts coordination, and workflow.
- Ensure fast and efficient reconditioning (front-line ready standards).
- Hold team members accountable to daily KPIs (ROs, hours, cycle times, etc.).
- Implement structured systems to reduce downtime and increase output.
Revenue Growth & Volume Expansion
Build and execute strategies to bring in more customer-pay work.Develop promotions, partnerships, and community outreach to increase service traffic.Identify new revenue opportunities, upsell pathways, and margin improvement areas.Track performance and make data-driven decisions to grow the department.Quality, Process, & Compliance
Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Develop consistent processes across shops to improve efficiency.Review operations and implement continuous improvements without waiting for permission.What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience in an automotive service or reconditioning operation.Ability to hire, train, and develop service staff.Strong understanding of repair order flow, reconditioning process, and shop efficiency.Track record of increasing service volume or revenue.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.What We Offer
