You will then shift your focus to communicating seamlessly with our mobile technicians, ensuring they have all the necessary information to perform their work efficiently and keeping the repair process on track from start to finish. Finally, you will handle all payment processing, meticulously maintain customer records, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
