As an Inventory Management Specialist at Best Buy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining product integrity within our store. This dynamic position involves meticulous inventory adjustments and the use of advanced data collection tools to enhance stock management efficiency. You will conduct thorough stock counts, identify shrink categories, and communicate your findings effectively to the team. By collaborating with leadership to tackle replenishment issues, you will contribute to resolving challenges and refining our processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Thoroughly executing the inventory integrity process
• Completing daily inventory tasks with exceptional attention to detail
• Coaching team members and management on the importance of inventory accuracy and addressing any process gaps
• Supporting overall store operations by performing additional duties as needed
