What You'll Do as a Staff Accountant :

Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts

Analyze and reconcile expenditure and revenue accounts

Calculate and prepare reimbursement billings; track and reconcile monthly A / R

Assist with annual and mid-year budget preparation

Support fiscal year-end close and fixed asset accounting

What You Bring as a Staff Accountant :

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance

1-3 years of general accounting experience (preferred)

Experience with Salesforce a plus

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
